Leasing Questions

No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one-half hour before closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.

Application fees are $60 per applicant 18 years and older occupying the apartment. We also require a $150 administrative fee at the time of application.  There is a $100 holding fee that is required to reserve an apartment home.  All application fees are nonrefundable. You may pay these online by credit card or in our office with a cashier's check or money order.

You can apply online by finding the "Apply Now" button on the right-hand side of the main menu on our property website or click HERE to apply now.

Residents are responsible for electricity. A $20 monthly fee for utility bills/pest/trash is paid with rent. You will also be accountable for transferring electricity into your name.

Security deposits will vary depending on qualifying criteria. Our security deposit ranges from $500 to 1x your monthly rent.

Rent is always due between the 1st and the 5th of each month. A $150 late fee will be applied to each account that has not paid rent before the 6th of each month.

You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.

We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment: cats, dogs, or large birds. Breed restrictions apply. Each pet living in the apartment will require a one-time, non-refundable pet fee. There is a monthly pet rent that is charged per pet.  Read more about our pet policy and fees on our pet policy page.

Resident Questions

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount and is due when the written notice is submitted. Please ensure you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager, as there could be unique circumstances.

Service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please get in touch with the Property Manager as soon as possible in this situation. You must provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.

Please let our office know if you love our apartments and want to refer a friend! We offer resident referral programs throughout the year and would love for your friends and family to join our community.

You may submit work orders online if enrolled in our online services.  You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message.

If someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate parking. If someone is permanently moving in or staying longer than two consecutive days, they must fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.

We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, before moving out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days before the lease expires to provide your written notice.

Spectrum is our community cable and internet provider.

Yes, you may grill using the grills provided in the common areas around the community. There are, however, no grills permitted inside your apartment home or on the balconies. There is no grilling permitted on the porches or yards of apartment homes.

If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to use the spare key set assigned to your apartment. You must leave your ID or a personal item of value (such as a phone) with the office staff until you return with the spare key set. If you are locked out after hours, you must call a locksmith.

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours. Fees apply.
